Excellent value, friendly and polite staff.

The sales assistant was helpful and friendly, and once he had shown us the products of interest he left myself and my partner to discuss them.

We went to the store to buy a new mattress and tried several out during our visit. The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. We had delayed looking for a mattress due to Covid, but need not have feared as on entering the store all precautions were in place. We were given plenty of time to test the mattresses before making our choice and were provided with a cup of coffee which was a nice touch. On the whole this was an extremely good shopping experience.

Aaron was a very knowledgeable young gentleman who made our time in Dreams very enjoyable. There was nothing he did not know and we are very happy with our purchase.

Very happy with Aaron who helped us find the right tempur mattress, talked us through the different ones and helped us with the bed frame also, very friendly and helpful good with my kids talking to them.
