The young lady I dealt with was very helpful and friendly and explained everything to me and asked if wanted to check on my purchase to call her within a month so she can chase it up for me....

We used the sleep testing machine to gain an understanding of what matters type would suit our needs. Aaron then guided us through the benefits of each mattress option until we were fully confident and happy with our choice.

There was a good selection of beds and mattresses to view. Staff were very helpful and actually remembered us from our purchase a year ago. The prices were competitive. Staff were knowledgeable and advised us to use the in store computer system to find our ideal mattress (which we did).

The Assistant Debbie who helped me select the divan bed I wanted, she was at the Blackpool store and as I’m disabled, she was helpful and made an effort to get me what I needed. She was kind and friendly, got me a lovely Latte coffee, sat me in a comfortable armchair, whilst waiting for my family members to look around.

The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products and to my needs the overall experience was great will defiantly shop there again in the future
