Assistant created us immediately and introduced himself and asked what we were looking for. He offered us the sleepmatch which we accepted and then pointed out suitable beds. He was very patient whilst we spent a lot of time testing different mattresses. He was not pushy and was very friendly. He called us by our first names which made us feel at ease.
