From entering the store Aaron greeted us and helped us with everything we needed. He was extremely helpful and answered every question we had and couldn't of been more helpful if he tried. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a bed to go and see Aaron in the Blackpool store, excellent customer service and exceptionally helpful. We were even offered drinks and biscuits while discussing our purchase. Thanks Aaron.

Sales man Aaron was extremely knowledgeable,helpful,friendly,polite from the moment we walked in to the store.Didnt rush us,gave us plenty of time to try all the mattresses after listening what we wanted.

Firstly, Stacey, who helped me, is a gem. She is so approachable and friendly, and very knowledgeable about your products. I went in not really knowing where to start but Stacey soon rectified that. The sleep match bed was fab, I do feel it was a big help to narrow down my choices. Stacey then expertly took me through the suggested choices, giving me time and space to be able to make a decision. Which was very much appreciated. Stacey, and to be fair the rest of her team who i saw in action, sll gave off a very friendly, professional, relaxed and knowledgeable vibe. I am especially delighted though that I had Stacey to help me, she made it so simple! I hope the staff at this store are recognised for how well they represent your company. I have spent quite a bit of money, for me, but I don't feel anxious about how much I have spent or it being misspent. The proof of the pudding is in the eating however so i can only comment on my experience of your store, which was excellent. I am hopeful that delivery, installation and the mattress being perfect will all go as smoothly as my visit to your store.

Although the staff were all busy upon entering the store we had a browse and made some decisions and when finally greeting we had already decided on what to purchase but the staff were very lovely and did not pressure us into anything else. They were all really lovely and friendly

Debbie and the store manager were very welcoming as well as being knowledgeable about the products. They took time to listen to what we wanted and came up with options etc.

Adrian aka harry was amazing. So friendly, funny The sleep thing was great to help choose your bed
