We were greeted by a lovely young lady called Stacy in the Blackpool showroom, she immediately asked what we were looking for and guided us in the right direction. There was no pushy selling she left us to try the mattress out that she advised were the best for us, at our own pace but if we had any questions she was close buy to help us. She was very knowledgeable and we found exactly what we were looking for. The purchase part was relaxed and quickly done and delivery was arranged. Our personal experience was aN excellent pleasurable one.

We booked an appointment via the website. Which was very straight forward and I received an email straight after confirming the booking. When we walked in we felt very welcome during the experience at the Blackpool branch.
