I arrived at the Dreams Store in Blackpool and was satisfied from the minute I walked in. The assistant was busy, however as soon as she noticed us she kept her distance and greeted us. Before going to the store I looked online at what I wanted and informed the lady of this and she instantly helped and told me the availability of the product. She was willing to help and was keen to listen to the things we were telling her. Her customer service skills were amazing. She was a huge part of me leaving the store feeling as satisfied as possible.
