Stacey, store colleague, was helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable and gave us practical assistance in order to narrow down and choose a mattress that we were happy with. She efficiently placed our order and arranged for home delivery & for the removal of our old mattress. Stacey explained all the health & safety provisions within the store to keep us safe re Covid & advised us re the procedure for delivery of new & collection of old mattress to keep everyone safe.
