My mother and I were in the store just after 9am, we were greeted by the store manager who was very helpful, so helpful infact he took us to the product we were looking for and after a demonstration and a good talk about different mattresses and there different benefits my mother ordered 2single beds that reclined with 2 different mattresses for different needs, he made by mum feel very comfortable in her choice .

Assistant was welcoming, very knowledgeable on products without being pushy. Order taken and confirmed almost immediately.

As soon as we walked into the shop we were greeted by a very friendly Susan who spent time with us, put us on the bed machine thing and explained what was going to happen then took us around the store to try mattresses with great knowledge of the products being professional all the time but always remaining friendly. In fact Susan could not have been more helpful if she had tried and the best thing was that she was not pushy which is what i like in a sales person. She gave us all our options and prices and I bought a mattress there and then and walked away from the shop very satisfied indeed. All down to Susan

Overall, we were highly satisfied with the visit. I have not answered any of the questions which asked why we were not 'highly satisfied' in the areas we were satisfied. If there was any specific problem we would have marked lower and told you. Those questions seem redundant and unnecessarily time consuming.
