The service was wonderfull Susan in the store was fantastic she was very polite explained everything two me and the two lads in store where very chatty as well I had a bit of fun with them just wonderfull

We had telephoned in advance and spoken to both members of staff. They reserved a mattress for us but then when we got there we realised it was the wrong size. One member of staff spent a long time with us enabling us to come to a decision. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Really welcoming upon arrival and Stacey was brilliant, really down to earth and open and honest and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Really helpful and explained everything really clearly and easily.
