The service was wonderfull Susan in the store was fantastic she was very polite explained everything two me and the two lads in store where very chatty as well I had a bit of fun with them just wonderfull

We had telephoned in advance and spoken to both members of staff. They reserved a mattress for us but then when we got there we realised it was the wrong size. One member of staff spent a long time with us enabling us to come to a decision. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
