Staff very pleasant and spent lots of time with us . Gave us time to discuss our preferences , very knowledgeable and explained fully, options available. If bed meets our expectations when it arrived , then would have no hesitation in shopping with you again.

Stacey was amazing at the Blackpool store! She was so helpful and friendly, she talked us through everything and listened to what we wanted regarding a new mattress. We also really liked that she wasn't pushy or negative when we explained we were going to look at another bed shop and she was very welcoming again on our return answering any new questions we had. 10/10 for customer service!

Cleanliness of the store Staff (Sue) was very helpful and extremely patient Great understanding of the products Sue offered advice when necessary and left us to wander without any pressure. NO hard sell
