Aaron who dealt with us in store, was very helpful and experienced in delivering his knowledge of what we were looking for. He was a very happy salesperson with plenty of time and patience making our time enjoyable. Would certainly recommend Dreams Blackpool to anyone

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by Aaron who made us feel welcome and comfortable. He offered us freshly made coffee, and invited us to look around at all products and invited us to take the bed test. To ascertain which mattress would suit our needs. This young man helped us through the whole process of purchasing a new mattress and bed frame. He answered all of our questions. And nothing was to much trouble. We can say in all honesty this is the best service we have ever had when purchasing anything.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they answered all my questions, took time to consider my needs and after consideration described my options. Top marks.

We where greeted as we walked through the door, so that was nice by a guy called David. He asked me what I was looking for so I told him and he helped me straight the way with what I wanted. He offered me a tea or a coffee which was very nice. Now I can't wait to get into my new bed 6th march now

Aaron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and his assistance in finding products to fulfill our needs was much appreciated. Overall he made the experience of purchasing a new bed quite enjoyable and very easy.

The service offered by Aaron was excellent, giving good advice without a hard sell approach, making sure we received what we wanted. His knowledge of the products was very good, and his approach was friendly without being assertive.
