The sales assistant (Stacey) was very knowledgable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Was very highly satisfied with my purchase. Do wish the time frame could have been sooner than quoted but hopefully it will be worth the wait. I have to say from start to finish Stacey couldn’t have been more helpful. Greeted upon entering the store within a few minutes I was offered tea or coffee, I had a latte and have to say it was a lovely cuppa. I placed my order with Stacey and can’t wait till 2/3/2020!!

After a bad day shopping for beds and dealing with a rude advisor at a different company we came to dreams in Blackpool. The staff allowed us to walk around without jumping on us as soon as we walked through the door. Stacey then came over to introduce herself and asked if we needed any help, she listened to exactly what we were after. She showed us some bed frames and mattresses. Stacey couldn't have done more for us. We have recently bought our first home and she completely understood that every penny counts. I felt under no pressure which was fantastic. She was very polite and knowledgeable. We got the mattress and bed frame for a very reasonable price and Stacey even threw in a few extras which was lovely of her. I would definitely recommend dreams and Stacey in the future. She was fantastic and really friendly! As we're the other members of the team.

The lady and gentleman that were in the store on the evening I bought my air bed were very friendly and chatty we were having a good laugh and a joke .

Placed my order with Arran from the Blackpool store. Although a new employee, he was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.. made me feel like I would definitely make further purchases from dreams.

Aaron asked me what I was looking for and he introduced me to a selection of beds which he considered matched my needs. I found exactly the right bed for me after trying out the different beds. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed into making a decision whilst trying out the beds and taking my time in doing so. I feel confident that I have found the perfect bed for a perfect night's sleep. Couldn't ask for more.
