Aaron is an exceptional salesperson, from first welcome, including drinks, to showing us exactly what we were looking for. Helpful biut not pushy, a pleasure to deal with. Wasted as a sales assistant, should be promoted.

I went to the Blackpool store and was assisted to purchase a mattress by Stacey she was fabulous , very good knowledge of my requirements , very friendly but professional at all times , not at all pushy , let me and my partner decide for ourselves , works definitely recommend to family and friends , in fact have already recommended to my sister . great service throughout, quick and easy process

I rang up the Blackpool Branch on the morning on the 28th January and spoke to a young woman called Stacy. Even though she knew I was unsure whether to buy and was just ringing for product information on your Harrison Spinks Refine mattress. With her fantastic knowledge and support I felt at ease to purchase via the telephone as I am disabled and struggle to get out and about to be able to see the product. She even look the time to ask me various questions to ensure a Medium tension mattress was suitable for myself. Overall fantastic service

Stacey at Dreams, Blackpool was friendly, gave us lots of options to decide what we might need to go for. Pointed out the special offers and ended up with a much better quality mattress for only an additional £30. Great service all round.

The attention we were provided with and the time spent explaining the products was excellent. The assistant in particular was first class.

Attentive staff, with a great knowledge of the products. Listend to our needs and adapted to our requirements. The sales person gave us time alone to discuss our options in private, didnt put any undue sales pressure on us (very important to me), and was very personable. The whole customer visitor experience was comfortable, relaxed, informative ending with a great mattress. We cant wait to receive and start enjoying, what we hope will be very comfortable sleep. All round a great and helpful experience, I would recommend dreams to anyone in the market for a mattress.
