Staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful from beginning to end of our shopping experience. They listened to our needs and out did themselves with hospitality. Very friendly, (and good memories as remembered us from 2 years ago!) keeping the whole experience light hearted. You have fantastic staff! We will definately return in future.

The gentleman (Adrian) who dealt with us was very professional in his response to any queries we had with details about the mattresses we ordered.

Helpful assistant

we knew roughly what we were looking for when we came into the store and explained this to the sales person. she asked us if we would like to use the bed machine, while we did this she made us a brew. she reviewed the results and found us various beds to try, at no point was she pushy or made us uneasy , we were allowed to compare beds for as long as we wanted and make our own choice and with helpful suggestions along the way.

Immediately assisted on entering the store in a very friendly and informative way. Taken through all the options for our requirements until we were satisfied with our products. Aaron our assistant was very knowledgeable.

Aaron the salesman was extremely knowledgeable re the science of purchasing the right bed. Time taken and invested in the customer.

David and Aaron were a breath of fresh air, the atmosphere was so infectious that it made what I expected to be a horrid experience completely enjoyable

I was highly satisfied with the service I received from Aaron in the Blackpool store. He was highly efficient, very motivated, nothing was too much trouble, he was patient and spoke about all options. Nothing was a problem for him and I didn’t feel like a nuisance - I really wanted to buy from him. He discussed at length the options that were available and I felt comfortable with his knowledge of the products he was speaking about. It was a pleasure to be served by someone who took the time of day to listen to what I wanted and assisted me accordingly. Very chatty and approachable and made myself and my family who I was shopping with very comfortable. Thank you so much.

We were highly satisfied with our experience due to the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff members. Initially I just wanted to wander around and check out some mattresses by lying on them. It wasn’t until Sue came along and gently discussed some options and then I found myself lying on a bed with a 3D scanner which determined my ideal mattress type.
