Excellent access to the store, ample parking, clean store, layout excellent, welcomed by the staff (Stacey), allowed to browse as long as needed, staff available if required to ask questions, staff advised and assisted, quick and painfree purchase, order emailed straight away. Kind and freindly atmosphere

The whole experience was great because the staff were helpful and friendly and helped us make a choice without pressurising us

When I phoned I spoke to Gale Who talked me through and explaind everything. With out her I couldn't have done it.Gale was kind and understanding.

The staff were really friendly and very accommodating as we had the children in tow. We were given coffee and the children were made to feel comfortable and entertained. Great all round experience really and left with the dream bed that's perfect for our new home. Top marks guys!

Great, friendly staff, good product for a good price

Gail was extremely helpful during our visit to the store today. My boyfriend and I only visited the store to browse, had not plan to be leaving with a purchase today. However, all your staff were very approachable, Gail gave us a warm welcome, asked a few questions and showed us to the sleep-match machine (which I found extremely helpful). Gail also offered different pillows to try out when testing mattresses. We were so pleased with the customer service we have received today, and other staff members were also friendly and engaging with us, hence why we ended up leaving the store with a new bed order. Cannot wait to get my new bed.

My boyfriend and I visited the Blackpool store on Bank holiday Monday to browse for a new bed, was not planning on placing an order that day. Gail was very friendly and helpful to our requirements, put us on the Sleep match machine and showed us to a few different mattresses. Also gave us a few pillows to try out at the same time. Gail was so helpful and approachable (and all the other staff nembers were very friendly also) we decided to place an order there and then. Cannot wait to get our new bed
