Gail was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all the questions we asked. We didn't feel pressured into the sale and was shown a variety of options before making our final choice. The sleep master was a strangely enjoyable experience!

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in, got exactly what I wanted, paid for it. We took home what was in stock and now just waiting delivery of the rest.

Highly satisfied because we were initially given time to get our bearings before being approached. Gail listened intently to our needs and then recommended we utilise the 'gizmo' [my word not Gail's] bed to understand our individual needs with regard to choice of mattress. While being assessed we received a coffee. Once the gizmo had printed our recommended selection Gail identified the relevant beds and allowed us to try out. Selection made and transaction complete we reflected on the experience - highly satisfied!

I was greeted by the two most friendliest helpfull members of staff (gail and stacey, blackpool store), I was offered coffee and snackajacks from stacey lol ...i was asked if i wanted to try the sleep match machine but declined ..the service was brilliant will definitely shop at dreams again , service quality and price where next to perfect !!

The staff were very welcoming and informative they took a lot of time to see to our needs, made us a drink while waiting and we also had a go on the sleep mattress. We were very impressed and will definitely recommend to family and friends.
