Very friendly staff and highly professional

We received excellent personal attention from Mark. He was knowledgeable about the range of products and easily explained things to us. We used the test machine which gave us good advice and we had a good range of beds to choose from. We were not rushed into making a decision and came away pleased with the service and our choice.

We had been in the store approximately 2 months previously and liked the Risborough but was no longer available. I knew the replacement but was pleasantly surprised when the assistant knew as well. He was very pleasant, smart and well knowledgeable. Even though I hate spending money the whole process went very smoothly.

Very polite and professional service

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Things were explained and we were left to wonder around. When we were ready to speak to someone He was available straight away. We explained our needs for a bed for our disabled son. The sales person Mark H. Fully assessed his needs and checked on the bed testing bed his requirements. This gave us a list of beds that would suit him and showed us them. Our son chose the exact one he wanted including his head board in his chosen colour. The sales person Mark H did not mind at all about helping us and our son. He was very polite and new his beds, mattresses, and head boards. Thanks for everything.

I have been struggling with my current mattress for several months so decided to visit the Stockton dreams store. On 4 seperate visits I was assisted by 4 different staff members. All of which were extremely attentive in listening to my needs. I did not feel pressured at all but instead felt comfortable enough to make sure the mattress I chose was the right one. All the staff were very knowledgeable and continued to offer suggestions and assistance until I was satisfied. I have to admit I was a little bit like the princess and the pea, but with their help I now have the perfect mattress arriving in only a few weeks. The staff were Rick, Mark H, David and Charlotte. They are a credit to the store. They even remembered what hot drink I would like on each visit

The young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable, she took the time to take me through each product, even letting me go back over my choices to make sure I was happy
