We were looking for bunk beds and found what we wanted in your store. The salesman Mark was very helpful to us and we now await delivery

The service and advice was second to none. We came away with an order for a mattress that was best suited for us.

When we arrived we were greeted immediately by Charlotte. She asked us about our needs and then set us up on the sleep match. She then spent time showing us products which matched our needs and gave us the time to decide. She was very knowledgeable and kind when serving us.

The staff in the store at portrack lane, Charlotte and David couldn't have been more friendly and more helpful. Really good members of staff. My experience was really nice, we were asked if we wanted a drink numberous times and both members of staff were very accommodating with what we needed. Thankyou very much both of you.

Staff discussed various mattresses with my husband and I - they advised us to try the mattress measuring service (where you lie on the bed and it finds best mattress for you) We we’re allowed to lie on different mattresses where we used the same pillow and protector - adhering to guideline. At no point did we feel pressured into purchasing the bed and mattress
