The time taken to explain the differences between comfort and make up of mattresses in full detail. Courtesy and most of all consideration of the time I took to make up my mind what choice I wished to make, such patience.

I was amazed at the knowledge of the sales assistant (I think her badge said Charlotte) She was very informative and put me on the test machine to establish my requirements. She took her time with us and we never felt rushed. We were offered drinks and we were all masked up. Apart from the quality of the beds the quality of the sales assistant was amazing.

We came in to the shop knowing we really need a new mattress but didn't have a clue where to start. We've been approached by a lovely shopping assistant, I believe he's name was Mark. Explained what we're after, we've been shown to machine to examine which mattress could be suitable for us. This was so helpful as we're pretty clueless in the mattress world. We got to try quite a few mattresses and chose our favourites, then we've been left alone to decide between ourselves without any pressure. Through the visit been offered various refreshments such us coffees, teas water. We ended up making a decision and buying our favourite mattress on the day! I'm one to take ages to make a decision but we felt so well looked after and informed that we feel we've made the right decision. We are really excited for the first night on our new mattress! We've been offered a cover for it and got a mattress topper in the bundle. I am really happy with the customer service at Dreams in Stockton. I've been doing a lot of online shopping recently but this visit made me want to go in stores again! Nothing beats a good advisor and human interaction. Thank you for helping us make the decision!
