Me and my partner have never purchased a mattress before and have been having issues trying to find the one for us. I suffer with bad hips and back pain so wanted to make sure the one we selected would be right for us. Upon went wrong the store we were greeting by Charlotte who was warm welcoming and listened to our needs. Charlotte then put us onto the sleep machine that identified the kind of mattress we needed. She then went on to shop us a variety of mattresses that were suitable with a ranging price range. Charlotte was on hand to help out and was not pushy or trying to hard sell any of the products and allowed us to take our time in choosing out products.

Rebecca was really helpful in helping us find a new bed and mattress. She made us feel comfortable and at ease and we didn’t feel pressured like we did in other shops we visited. She is clearly very knowledgeable and good at her job. The shop was tidy and looked professional. Covid safety precautions were in place which we appreciated. Rebecca sprayed down the beds after each time we laid on them which I thought was good and we used paper bed roll for trying the pillows. There were also sneeze guards at each computer. She looked after us and got us a bottle of water each. Whole experience was far superior to the other bed shops in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new bed. Thank you

I was greeted by a lovely lady called Charlotte I told her what I fancied buying and she gave me the best options she put on the sleep mattress machine which gave me options for the mattress I suffer with back ache so I was really happy when it gave me a different choice of mattress than the one I currently have I was offered a drink and the whole store was covid safe I felt so welcome will definitely recommend
