Replacing your bed is one of the most stressful things for me, but your new male staff member in Dreams on Portrack Lane Stockton was absolutely brilliant. He made buying a bed and mattress so easy ,he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Was sorted in no time .....Well done. Very pleased customer

I found Becky the sales assistant to be extremely helpful and attentive. Her professional manner and helpfulness made me very comfortable with spending over £3000 on my first visit. I was so impressed that I dropped my plan to visit your competitors and was happy to place my business with your sales team in store on what was the first visit I’ve made to a bed shop in a decade. Her colleague David was also extremely helpful and together I think they make a winning team. I’m a sales manager with a large territory myself and my advice to Dreams is to really look after these good folks.

Charlotte at Dreams in Portrack was extremely helpful and helped make our experience a good one.

On arrival we met Mark who explained the basic layout of the store and introduced to your mattress evaluation machine - which we used. We then tested Mark's patience to the limit by spending well over an hour asking him the price and check availability of at least 3 combinations of bed and mattress before making our final choice. He could not have been more helpful - especially as he explained he had only been working there a couple of weeks - his product knowledge was impressive Overall a satisfying visit and we are looking forward to our new bed arriving

The staff member, Charlotte, was extremely helpful! Without her assistance, we'd have likely tested a couple of mattresses ourselves, not really knowing what we wanted/needed, and would likely have walked out without buying anything, but with her help, and getting us on the mattress tester, we found a mattress, and bed that we really loved, for less money than we were planning on spending. Possibly the best customer service I've ever received
