The lady that helped us was really good, friendly and although the item we wanted was not in stock she took our details and contacted us to let us know that the items were now available. She was called Charlotte from Stockton Dreams. Really excellent customer service

We have bought two beds and mattresses from this Dreams store over the last few years so there was no where else I wanted to go to just Dreams. From the minute I walked through the door I was met my a guy called David. I explained to David that we bought a dreams bed a tempur bed and mattress two years ago from them and that we love it that much that I wanted another tempur bed and mattress for my parents house. David was very helpful and give me chance to try other tempur mattresses just to make sure that I still wanted the same bed and mattress that we purchased two years ago. David was very patient with me whilst I tried other mattresses but in the end I love what we already have so decided to buy the identical bed base and identical tempur mattress from him. The staff in the store were all helpful and David was superb.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products very helpful and gave us time too ourselves to decide, felt very comfortable and at ease
