Helpful friendly staff, nice atmosphere ,easy of purchase and delivery date

Staff extremely friendly and approachable without feeling like they are just trying to make a sale. New staff member initially greeted us then rest over order taken over by a more senior member of staff. Felt and ease, felt like the right products were shown to us for what we required.

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us in making our purchase very easy.

All staff really friendly and nothing was too much trouble the assistant that served us was really friendly and helpful

We were highly satisfied by the friendliness of the assistant, she took the time to listen and help us find what we were looking for and gave us plenty of options to choose from without any pressure, we only went in for the one bed, but felt very comfy with the assistant so we bought a second one, the store was very well laid out and everything we asked was answered professionally. You have a lovely store and we found all the staff to be very helpful throughout our purchase.

They was most helpful went on the bed to show which mattress was best for me then shown round to try which ones suited best answered all my questions I was very happy .

Our sales assistant Becky was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for before offering the right product. She was great at upselling the extras which were things we hadn’t thought about and took away most of the hassle which was great. Very informative and just a really friendly, genuine lady :)
