I was the first customer of the day. The store opened bang on time and the staff were available immediately. They took great trouble and attention to understanding what I was looking for and provided excellent advice to help my decision making.

I was sure that I knew what I needed when I went into the store. I was approached by Rebecca and she advised me of the Sleep Master machine that assists with what mattress would work for me. I was then shown around the mattresses that were highlighted as good for me and I had help in making the right choice for me. I was extremely happy with the level of customer service and I would most definitely return.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge

The sales staff was extremely patient with us and knowledgeable in the products. She made us feel at ease, as it is awkward finding a mattress that suits your needs.

The Sales lady was very knowledgeable in all the products. And had a smile on the face through out the time that she was with us

I believe the lady was called Annette who assisted us, she couldn't have been more helpful. She entertained our son and allowed him his own pillow and to test beds, she was infinitely patient and it really helped myself and my husband relax and choose a mattress rather than being harassed to death! She took her time and explained pros and cons of each mattress including how they are made and the benefits of each one, but to be honest we were happy with her simply because she actually had a big smile and said " hello, welcome!" When we came in and that was lovely. We ended up spending more more our budget, ha ha ! But lovely experience all round and looking forward to getting our bed frame as it's currently out of stock.

Excellent range of products. Store well laid out staff knowledgeable efficient and helpful. Reasonable prices.

The sales lady was very attentive nothing was to much trouble. She allowed us time to make our own decision, and was extremely knowledgeable.
