Great customer service and very attentive

Staff were fantastic, the store was very clean and tidy. All products were clean and hygienic, and good social distancing/hygiene was in place (matters to me). Becky was very helpful and ensured we got the best product possible for us. Wife was very happy. Other staff were also very friendly and helpful too.

The store Manager delt with us on our visit and was highly knowledgeable and helped us choose our bed. The following day we were dealt with very well again.

Went in the shop initially just to look at beds but found the perfect bed we were looking for, after speaking to one of the staff (David) he explained about the benefits of the bed and mattress and gave us the dimensions for double, king and super king size, also explained the item would be 12 weeks for availability but apologised for the delay.(We understand due to the current issues delays were possible) and thanked him for his time and said we would return after measuring the space. On return to the store I was greeted by Charlotte who again discussed all aspects of the bed and mattress and ordering, she explained all the benefits of the insurance and delivery and assembly, all paper work explained, even offered drinks for a cuppa to water. after all the items were explained we went ahead and ordered the bed and mattress to include the insurance cannot thank the staff enough for the time taken by them both, exceptional staff both David and Charlotte only wish we had staff of the same customer facing at my company. Would recommend anyone to deal with this team and store.
