From entering the store to the service we received from Rebecca it was second to none. Nothing was to much trouble. We loved the dream machine what a lovely experience. Everyone was lovely we will definitely recommend.

The service we received in dreams was amazing. The staff were all so friendly but also not too pushy either. We were left alone to have a look around the store and then we were offered advice and the staff then talked us through the options we had and the offers that were on. We ended up saving quite abit of money which is always a bonus!! We are not receiving our order for another month or so but that is fine as I expected a little bit of a wait. Becky who dealt with our purchase was fantastic and she was very friendly and took us through the finance package with ease and made sure we understood everything. Thank you very much.

The staff at Dreams go above and beyond to satisfy customers requirements, welcoming and friendly at all times. The likelihood of finding this excellent service in other shops is very unlikely as nowadays most assistants seem lacking in communication skills and customer service. Friendly sales staff. Listened to what I said about over heating quickly on the wrong type of mattress for a hot sleeper. Laid on a bed where a computer measured me and scanned me. Then was shown the most suitable for me taking in to consideration I am a hot sleeper. Made the choice easy.
