Found the bed I was looking for straight away then the assistant helped to locate the ideal mattress for my sister in law and brother who would be using the bed when they visit. I also tested the mattress selected and found it ideal for me. We arrived on the best weekend when there was 20 percent off beds when bought with a mattress. There was also 50 percent off the mattress we selected. The delivery date was agreed and we have even received a text confirming the date in three weeks time. I wish I had gone to dreams to buy a bed for myself. I was buying furniture from another company in September and also bought a bed and a mattress for myself. I am still waiting for my bed but have been assured it will arrive shortly four months later. Excellent Service from Dreams.

I had no idea what type of bed/ mattress I was looking for to be honest, therefore the help I received from Charlotte was invaluable to me. She was nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. A very relaxed experience. Would definitely recommend.

The Dreams employee that helped us was Devonne-Louise. She helped us understand what bed types were suggested and showed us all of the options that would fit with both our needs and with our budget. She was really friendly and chatty, and gave us lots of information that really helped us make the best choice for us. She also suggested some pillows that would help to address some of the aches and pains we have been experiencing with our current pillows and mattress. The winter sale made it possible for us to get a really good quality mattress within our budget and Devonne-Louise helped us stay within that budget without compromising on quality and comfort. The whole experience was excellent, we would definately go to Dreams again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams to others.

Very impressed with the initial testing and the fact that the salesman Mark actually listened to everything we said and took it on board. He was incredibly attentive without being the slightest bit pushy! He really seemed to know his products and took us on a very interesting and enlightening journey! We came away feeling it had been a very enjoyable and beneficial experience. Wish all shopping could be that easy! The store was very clean and had a nice atmosphere which seemed to radiate amongst the staff. Amazed at how quickly it is being delivered no excuses of Covid or Brexit!

Charlotte was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable about all your products and although you did not have the bed we wanted to view in store she showed us a swatch of the available colours and showed us a similar ottoman bed, we came into store just wanting a bed& mattress we were overjoyed to purchase an upgraded mattress to our initial choice and asked for fitting when delivered and and also decided to add the bed& mattress cover as well and received a free mattress protector as well, also we needed bed a few weeks later so a date of delivery to suit or needs Could not be more pleased with our visit 10/10 gold star customer service
