Great service. Friendly staff, very knowledgable

I felt immediately welcomed but not suffocated or overwhelmed by the assistance I was offered. I asked where the ottoman beds were and was pointed in the right direction. I was given breathing space to browse but Charlotte came over to me when I looked ready to ask questions. She was very helpful and offered me liquid refreshment too. There was no pressure which was very refreshing and appealing as I was not ina position to purchase there and then.

Mark was outstanding very friendly very approachable went out of his way to help us was really nice friendly guy would defo recommend mark he made me feel so welcome and would go back and deal with him

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. We were also not pressured and allowed time to make an informed choice. We felt very comfortable and and able to ask questions in the knowledge they would be answered in full and with care and attention.

Very friendly staff who walked me through the processes of find my perfect mattress. Once I decided on mattress the lead time was 12 weeks and the staff helped me a lot by emailing supplier. They offered me another mattress at same price as good will gesture when the mattress I originally wanted didn’t have any delivery dates. Extremely happy with the service and would recommend going to dreams to all my friends and family.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff

It was a completely satisfactory experience from walking into the store to leaving. I’m disabled with left side paralysis, and the sales guy made sure to limit my amount of walking and took me straight to the mattresses that he thought we most suitable for me.

Good access and parking, clean and bright store, helpful friendly store assistants, plenty of time to make our own decisions on purchase with assistance when required.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable
