Very friendly staff and knew what they were talking about

Everything went well from moment we were in store. The lay out was a wee bit confusing as I thought soft to very firm would be in orde instead of all over the store.That's just me. This does not detract from my very pleasant experience in the store. The diagnostic machine is a wonderful feature. Of course Carl was very attentive too.
