I was very impressed by the sales assistant knowledge of the products on offer. She explained everything in detail and allowed me to try out a range of products first before I made my decision. I was very happy with the products I purchased.

Amyrah and Deen at the Wimbledon store were wonderful

The store manager Deen was very welcoming and helpful from the very moment I walked through the door. My daughter and I visited the Wimbledon store a few weeks ago and then came back on Bank Holiday Monday. My daughter visited other Dream stores in South London and said the Wimbledon store is the best store to go back to.

The store manager Deen was very welcoming, polite and helpful when i first met him at the Wimbledon store with my mum a few weeks back. I did not purchase bed on my first visit but wanted to shop around and then come back. I wanted to find the Deacon bed in the Fulham and Clapham store to see physically. The shop advisor in Fulham was not helpful at all and I was in the store for less than 5 mins. I visited the Clapham store which is more closer to me. The store advisor was helpful but could not answer all of my questions. I knew i had to go back to the Wimbledon store and purchase my bed from Deen.

I was served by Amirah in the Wimbledon store. I was buying this mattress for my first home, and was highly stressed about delivery/what mattress to get. As soon as me and my Dad walked in, Amirah greeted us and couldn't do enough for us. She got me set up on the electronic bed to analyse what bed was best for me, and the first one she showed me was perfect! The price was amazing to, so was more than happy to buy the extras (protection/ protector/ duvet/ pillows). Delivery time was perfect for me and I am just so happy about it. I started the day extremely stressed but this was a massive load off and I couldn't be happier. Really really pleased with the whole experience. Amirah could not do enough for us too - she showed us a range of beds and even got my Dad a protector and pillow to get his opinion on my bed. She was always talking us through everything and offered us drinks.

The lady that helped us was very professional, answered every questioned we had was very friendly and knowledgeable, very pleased with the service and advice.
