Visited the Abbotsinch, Paisley store. Margaret was extremely helpful and gave great service. Her knowledge of products was excellent. We wanted some thinking time and did not order in store. We made our final decision on bed, mattress and headboard and tried to order online as we live over 30 miles from the store. The process was easy to use but we experienced payment error on several attempts. Phoned the helpline but it was closed, out of hours. Phoned following morning. Paul was as professional as Margaret had been in store. He placed the order for us. Discussed cover options. He organised a delivery date which suited us. Highly satisfied.
