I wasn't sure what to expect but your sales consultant made the experience very straightforward. He listened, took note of our needs and then took time to explain recommendations and why. We had plenty of options and have hopefully found the right mattress. All social distancing and hygiene measures were excellent. We're grateful for the help and assistance we received.

I spoke to Paul in Plymouth B348 throughout the purchase and was highly satisfied and very very pleased his helpfulness, patience, accurate ness and pleasant conversational skills completely made me feel I was literally in store making a purchase! When purchasing a product and not being able to physically be in store it is not an easy task however with myself browsing online and Paul also online we understood more easily the products referred too. Thank God for having someone on the phone who actually knew about the products and had extensive experience compared to a blind call centre!
