Greeted very highly by Paula, offered drink on entry, hand sanitiser and gloves available, social distancing , pillow and sleep match provided, we were also left alone for space and allow us to make our decisions and choice of bed, mattress and pillow , Paula was very helpful and knowledgeable on our requirements, very happy when left shop 😀

The experience could not have been better. The reason I was less positive about the things we ordered is that they proof of the pudding ... etc’ and we haven’t yet received our new bed!😀

The member of staff didn't pounce on us when we entered the shop but was most helpful when we required assistance. She didn't steer us towards the most expensive items but listened to our use of the selected product.
