Paula was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I was greeted by an assistant called Paul, who was extremely helpful and polite, I explained what I wanted and that I had MS and Paul went above and beyond what was expected of him, I got exactly what I wanted thanks to Paul which took the stress out of it for me, I would highly recommend Paul as I was more than happy with the service that I received from him.

We visited the Dreams store in Plymouth and received what can only be described as an excellent service from Paul who was very friendly in the way he greeted us and offering us a hot drink on arrival. He took time to listen to our needs and explain in detail the products available. Paul clearly knows his business and is a credit to your company.

The Plymouth store is always so happy and friendly, this is our fourth bed purchased from this store, thank you!

Excellent service throughout transaction

Donna was very helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble. She offered me a drink, asked me if I was interested in pillows and let us experience the sleep match.

Great salesman took time to understand my requirements, and gave me several options as to I may be satisfied.

Paul welcomed my partner and I as soon as we walked in and asked if he could help us which we said yes and he did. He used his own knowledge as well and the sleep map machine in store to help us fins the right bed. We were able to take our time and Paul was sympathetic to the achs and pains that i have. He was also kind enough to offer us both a drink. Very happy with the service and would go back to the store again for future purchases
