Stacey, the store lady from Dreams Plymouth who assisted me was absolutely brilliant. She made sure that my needs will be met and she even gave me a follow up call to make sure that everything was done correctly.

Josephine was so friendly in helping us find our perfect bed. She recommended lots of products we might like and told us what she thought would be best for our needs rather than a general overview. She clearly knows alot about the products. She was so cheerful, talkative and nothing was too much of a hassle for her.

I popped in the store to check stores opening hours owing to Bank Holiday. Received a friendly response, especially when enquire what offers are available. When we returned we were offered, to try the body, motion sensor which we felt was a personal & informative touch. We were offered a cuppa, declined. However a nice Vimto lolly-pop was a treat lol. Aim to purchase a mattress n bed. Great sales, no pressure & decided to purchase bed furniture to. We tried many mattresses and Elite Tempur is the definite winner with pillows included. 100% Service without a doubt 😁

We wernt looking forward to bed shopping but we're so glad we had Josephine to help us. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. The bed computer thing was amazing and Josephine took us to all the mattresses that were perfect for us. She was great at finding exactly what we needed and bringing it all within our budget. We left with big smiles on our faces and our perfect new bed. Thank you
