I already had an idea of the bed and frame I wanted, but by using the Sleepmatch recommendations, I found this very helpful to confirm the mattress that would be suitable to my requirements. Tracey and Victoria were very helpful, and gave me as much time as I needed to make my choice, and also made me a coffee whilst going through the payment process. Just a bit disappointed that the bed frame I chose will take around 5-7 weeks delivery.

The assistant was extremely helpful and friendly advising when needed but also listened to my needs

The shop assistant was extremely helpful, pleasant and took time to listen and understand my needs, she was extremely knowledgeable and keen to take the time I needed to complete my purchase, she made me feel completely at ease and un-hurried nothing was too much trouble but at the same time was efficient and took the time to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. She was an extremely nice lady.

I was highly satisfied as I was greeted well and had lots if help deciding what mattress suited me best and for my bed frame which I was buying. The ladies were very helpful and let me try the different beds whilst bringing different pillows as well

On entering the store, it was clean, tidy and the staff member, Paula, gave a friendly greeting, as well as offering me a beverage. She then offered me assistance in what I needed and knew what she was talking about. She showed me to the product I was looking at online an informed me of the current sales. This meant the product was cheaper than I original thought, always a good bonus. After this we went through the process of purchasing my products, delivery dates and any other products such as pillows, mattress protectors, cover, etc. This seemed to be a quick turn around, therefore, making this visit extremely satisfactory. Thank you
