Josephine provided an excellent service. She answered all of my questions regarding the product that i had shown interest in. She also provided additional information regarding other products available in the store that really helped in my decision making regarding choice of bed mattress and headboard.

Both the store manager Rob and Paula were very welcoming, friendly and professional. I used the Sleepmatch which is amazing. I would recommend anybody thinking of buying a new bed or mattress to use it.
