Really positive experience with dreams. I have bought mattresses on two different occasions from each of the Plymouth stores and each time I was very impressed with the options available, the staff knowledge and their eagerness to help. The staff were brilliant on both occasions. The mattresses are brilliant. Can't fault dreams.

We were immediately welcomed by Paula who noted our enquiry & needs, she showed us suggestions & we were given the opportunity to test them out. Having made our choices we were given a coffee then taken through the order process. A very pleasant experience.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by a very polite, smartly dressed woman who shown me around the shop and talked me through a selection of beds which I sampled. Her product knowledge was brilliant and she listened to everything I had to say with interest. I was sold a selection of items and she made sure I was happy with each of my decisions before selling them to me. Very polite and friendly, could not ask for anything more from a person or a shopping trip.

Great service from a lovely lady

Paula you're sales assistant was a great help, my son Peter has learning disability and Paula was kind and gentle when we when buying him a new bed she explained everything to him and answered all his questions with patients and understanding.

The store was attractive and well-laid out. The beds were clearly labeled with mattress firmness, and each one had pillows and a protector at the foot so I didn’t have to take my shoes off. there was a good range of products and prices, and a useful selection of accessories (pillows, duvets, mattress covers). It compares very favorably with the local competition, where there were only five beds and no staff!

Matthew was really helpful in explaining the different products I had shortlisted for my purchase which made my choice much easier. He also explained the whole process from purchase to delivery.
