Staff had great product knowledge and helped us with our shopping.

Excellent friendly service, good product choice and reasonably priced.

We entered the store for some technical information particularly on memory foam of which we had no knowledge. Paula was able to allow us thw experience of lying on one and after some discussion and the fact that there was a deal to be done we decided to replace our two old double mattresses with new. When we entered the store we had no intention of buying anything.

From the moment we put a foot through the door we we greeted with a smile and welcomed - Paula has a natural sales ability and turned my ‘just looking ‘ into a sale purely down to her personality - warmth- knowledge and professionalism! She shared her knowledge whilst taking our order with the other younger sales assistant without making her embarrassed or patronising her - clearly you can see they make a great team !

Josie was truly amazing , she is the best customer service advisor I’ve ever been served by , I think the girl deserves a pay rise but not too much mind . A well spoken lady but josie dear it’s suits you much better to say sterling or great British pound rather than QUID , leave that to the janners of Plymouth ha ha xxxxx guess who ....

we where greeted as soon as we entered the store with a cup of coffee and a very friendly service was not rushed everything was explained clearly and it was a very pleasant experience.
