I came in to the store just to make enquiries as to what sort of mattress I needed for my back problem and due to the friendliness and well informed knowledge from Paula I signed up there and then for a new mattress. I felt that Paula was honest and with her own experience of back problems was able to assure me that what I was buying should make a huge difference to my sleep pattern. In other words I trusted her sales talk. It remains to be seen when I take delivery of my new mattress if it is as good as she says! I didn’t feel pressurised in any way and she did look to see if there were any offers that went with this mattress which there were and I bought as well. I had put off buying a new mattress because I was worried that I might be sucked into buying something that was inappropriate due to unskilled sales people but this was not the case at Dreams and the final thing that sealed the sale was that I have got 30 days to see if this mattress suits me and if not it could be changed. Also the fact that my old mattress will be taken away (albeit I have to pay for it) is a bonus.
