I visited the store 3 times before making a purchase. The first time I arrived, the two staff members were at their desk/on the shop floor eating their lunch. This was not off putting for me but may be for other customers. I was however immediately offered assistance and shown the sleep match before being showed several mattresses. On leaving the store, I was told by one staff member that by ordering in store, they would give me a better price than online but no offer of a quote was suggested at that time. When I returned the following day, a different staff member said no discount could be applied. I visited a third time and was served by the staff member initially in the store and while she had given me the impression a discount would be applied, she told me the store price was the best price available, which was disappointing as I had been give the impression I would have a discount but I went ahead with the purchase, which was handled very quickly. I wasn't given a bag for my old mattress but suspect this should have been provided. I will have to go back in store/contact customer services to check this.

Josephine, she served me. She was fantastic from the first foot I put in the shop. Big smile great attention. Offered a drink which was welcomed. Unfortunately the other sales girl as very loud and hinted to her customers that my assistant would not be long with the computer. We were not finished with the sale at this stage. She stood and waited for us to move. She still spoke to her customers as though I was not there. At this stage I felt rushed off my seat. I think she needs more training is the business. I feel you are lucky to have an assistant like Josephine she will do your shop a great service.

I was very happy and satisfied with my experience, although the store had a 20% sale which didn't exclude the purchase I made

The customer service rep was nt 100% sure on the computer system and I as a customer had to help explain through it as have shopped with you before.

We visited the store at assistants lunch time, there was a customer already part way through a sales transaction with the sales person. Normally the second sales assistant would have *served us*. She was having her lunch.
