We walked n straight away and were greeted by Andy. He helped us narrow down the correct bed for our body shape and the way we sleep using a machine. We then had a few options to choose from in our price range. All in all a very quick and educational experience. once we decided what we wanted the order only took ten minutes and we were on our way home.

Being disabled I was having a little difficulty pushing the heavy doors to enter, Straight away the salesman seeing my problem rushed to my assistance !! What a good start. The attitude of the staff was brilliant, Glenn who looked after us was excellent, helpful and very clear. He started by offering us a drink. and my wife was assured that there was a toilet!! Glenn's knowledge of the products available and his explanation to me was excellent The whole experience was a joy, not experienced very often these days. Very many thanks to all concerned. From a very happy customer.

Friendly knowledgeable service

Service is second to none, staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. I felt really comfortable to just browse without the hard sell and returned with my husband to try mattresses and make our purchase. Well done Dreams I will definitely reccomend you to family and friends 😊

The friendly assistants at the Southport store who I did not find at all pushy.

I was met by Glenn who made sure that I santitized my hands when I arrived which really impressed me as a lot of stores don’t bother. Glenn was very polite and helpful and didn’t rush me in any way at all as buying a mattress is something you have for a very long time. I also dealt with Laura who was also very helpful and polite! Overall a pleasant experience in your Southport store.

Staff very knowledgeable were not pushy listened to our needs and wants Was impressed with the offer of taking our old mattress as well and supplying the cover to put it in as well. Pleased over how we will be notified about delivery. Wasn’t over fussed in the bed assessment as it didn’t seem to give us a clear idea of what mattress to choose perhaps a little gimmicky.

Glenn and the other staff at the store were beyond helpful and patient with my girlfriend and I as we tried to identify the perfect mattress that suited us both.
