We are regular customer at this Southport Branch. Purchased 2017 2 single divans and 2 mattresses. Staff very helpful in reaching a decision.Huge selection to choose from so naturally recommended to our daughters and friends.

I was greeted as soon as I had walked into the store and asked if I needed any assistance. Mark asked questions that meant we were able to narrow down what I required and he pointed out the options available. He got me to test the different beds so that I could appreciate their differences and from this I was able to make an informed decision. There were two members of staff present in the store and they work together as a pleasant and knowledgable team, I would certainly recommend a visit to this store to anyone.

On entering the store I was greeted and the 2 members of staff were attentive and knowledgeable.

The member of staff who gave us assistance did not pressure us at all but was happy to answer out questions when we approached him.

The salesman was very approachable and friendly without being pushy. He knew the products really well and was helpful to us, allowing time to try each bed in turn and to suggest alternatives.

The staff really helpful was in and out of shop quick .
