Contact the store by phone and was advised on the product and when I arrived at store Philip was very helpful talked me threw the ranges and showed me around the store regarding which quality was available and offered me a drink while I was in store very happy

The manager phil was really helpful, knowledgable and didnt make me feel pressured to buy. Ann was great with my children

Ann, who dealt with us on our first visit, gave us excellent service, a great deal of time, and allowed us to examine all the mattresses int the store and discuss them at length. Her helpful ness, friendliness and product knowledge could not be faulted. On our second visit, she and the Manager Phil helped me to conclude our business satisfactorily

We were greeted by Ann, as soon as we entered the store. We told her roughly what are needs were, and she guided us towards various mattresses to try out. She then asked us whether we would like a drink, which we said that we would love one. When we had narrowed them down to two, we then asked for assistance which both Ann and Phil gave to us. At no time did either of the staff give us the heavy sales talk. The paper work was all completed by Ann and assisted by Phil, because Ann was new to that part of her job. I think that she did very well in completing the credit details so thorough. Both members of staff were very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of the products that they are selling. Well done to them both. We will certainly be using Dreams again and spread the word to family and friends.
