as soon as we entered the store we were offered a drink. The lady in question was new and unable to help with our enquiry but she found a another staff member straight away. Mark was incredibly friendly and helpful

We received a warm welcome from the staff, made us feel comfortable, didn't pressurise us, gave us time to amble around, then checked with us if they could help. We explained what we wanted (pocket sprung) and size. Replacing our old Dreams pocket sprung after approx 10 years. Allowed us time to try out the mattress and made us a lovely cup of tea. Very efficient taking our order and explained what will happen to our old mattress, fully recycled so very pleased with everything. Friendly, helpful and caring group of staff. Lovely warm atmosphere.

The staff in the store were very knowledgeable and informative and wanted to understand fully the criteria of what we were looking for to be able to help us in the best possible way. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Philip the Manager and Anne the assistant who attended to us first were lovely and a credit to the company. We have recommended dreams to all our family and will also share our positive experience with friends. Thankyou and we won't hesitate to return when we next need to buy a bed. We arrived as customers and felt we left as friends

The sales advisor was very helpful and after explaining the differences of matresses available he allowed us as much time as we liked to test and decide which we liked. No rushed sales talk, no pressure, very good service and very competative prices.

The staff were really friendly and knowledgable. Even offered us a cup of tea if we wanted to sit and think about it! Nothing was too much trouble no matter how many questions we asked. Great quality and a great price!! Absolutely made up.
