We placed the order for a new bed despite there being a 12 week wait for it. Just a little disappointing but not a deal breaker. We wanted to wait for the right bed for us rather than pick an alternative. The team did give us multiply options so not their fault it’s a supply chain issue.

Firstly your member of staff was abrupt when entering the store, ordered myself and my mum to wash our hands before we could look around.advised I could not use their product due to allergies and my mum had her own hand wash. The staff member rolled her eyes up. Product availability , headboard 6 weeks for delivery.

Thought it was a little haphazard in terms of layout - this would have been more of a problem if there was not an available assistant and could have meant a loss of sale.
