satified with assistance waitin arrival of mattress

The bed which we wanted was not in store to view. The mattress fitting machine only offered high end (more expensive) mattress' rather than an extensive choice to choose from.

The inability to secure a morning or afternoon delivery when I ordered

Assistants were very helpful and nothing was rushed

Felt like once we bought the bed we were trying to continuously be sold more products. We were also told we could have an additional pillow and then had to argue to case with the sales person the day after

When putting order through system crashed 3 times but assistant did his very best just took nearly an hour to place order and finance through.
