Payment came up on terminal as void which meant the sales person Glen had to read through his manual to find how to solve and proceed with transaction without it going through twice . If other people had been waiting I would of felt very awkward as there was no reason for my transaction to be void. I will mention this to my bank when I see them next

I am very rarely "highly" satisfied. Given my purchase was for one of the most expensive mattresses I would have been more satisfied if I could have received more additional free of charge items, the assistant / manager were very helpful and did offer some discounts but I would have been more satisfied to hav epaid a round £2000 as opposed to £2050

Having spent many years in retail (motor trade) I would expect that level of service as standard, this is no slight on your staff or site, that is the only reason why I put satisfied to most questions. Frankly anything much less and I wouldn't even purchase from you. Sorry if this sounds harsh not meant to be at all, have visited a competitor's store previously and left simply because we were "stalked" by a pretty useless salesman, whereas in your store we were made welcome given a quick run down on your colour coding then left free to look and try Philip got the balance right is the best way to describe our purchase

To say 'Highly Satisfied' is to display an enthusiasm that I have rarely achieved in my lifetime. I normally consider 'Satisfied' to be quite adequate as I am not quite sure what 'Highly Satisfied' means.. The fact that there are some 'Highly Satisfied' ticks at all is rather unique.

The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. I felt that my experience was enjoyable and would definitely shop there again.

The fact that a pick up line had to go through the computer system to be sold and the reason given. The reason I was told that the sale had to be put through the computer was for “my statutory rights”. I’m in retail and my rights are in the receipt and date of purchase not a form filled in on a pc. Secondly, the first assistant had to turn my sale over to another assistant to complete the sale. The second assistant had me fill in my details myself, then proceeded to hit the wrong button and had to start over again. A simple sale that should of been real easy turned into a 10-15 minute purchase. Shouldn’t take that long to sell a rolled up mattress. They were polite but issues on pick up lines shouldn’t happen.

I had placed the order and give my address clearly, I had made sure I was available for the day of delivery as my partner works in a school and I myself am self employed however the next day when looking at the order on email they had got my address wrong and when I went in to resolve this they could not give me the original slot I had which caused a lot of disruption to my work. It was clearly dreams fault that they got the house number wrong even when asking twice for the address it was still wrong. So I had to disrupt another day and finish early. So after this another dreams college said that they would sort us out some vouchers for the inconvenience and would sent them to us however nothing else has been said, I feel this is typical sales man/woman once they have your money they are not bothered wait for the next sale for their commission, I have used dreams a lot in the past but after this I feel like I would go and use other retailers in the area.

It wasn’t anything to do with the shop it’s all the messing about we have had with delivery of the bed and mattress and still waiting?
