It was just so east from start to finish. The expertise of ann the sales lady and we just found and bought a bed, mattress,mattress topper and it was just an enjoyable experience and we all felt at ease knowing the best was done for us. It was the same when I bought my mattress the staff are just so easy nothing is to much trouble and the sales room gave you so much to choose from. Magical day. Thanks ann

Laura was great. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and not in the least pushy. Dreams was the first shop we'd visited and we had planned to visit others before we made up our minds. But there was no need, we had plenty of choice and we eagerly await delivery of our new bed!

We were extremely satisfied with our experience at dreams in Southport we were helped and guided in a very friendly manner from start to finish and felt very welcome. We were given brilliant information about different mattresses and were able to make our minds up with no pressure, while also being give good genuine advice. I'd definitely return to this store or recommend to a friend. I don't believe we would have left with such a good find if we weren't greeted by Andy, all his help and welcomings were very much appreciated.

Very friendly welcome, very Covid aware. Excellent assistance in choosing the right mattress, no pushy selling just good friendly advice.

Glenn helped us choose the bed/mattress that we required in a very helpful way considering the social distancing that we have to do these days. He was very knowledgeable with the different mattresses that we tried and gave us a few choices for the bed frame. All in all a very pleasant visit to the store and with it being our second purchase in a period of three years and will go there again if we need any more beds.
