I was looking for a bed for my 93 year old Dad, so had quite specific needs for him. Ann who greeted us at the door was so helpful and friendly and helped us make a great choice of bed . Overall experience was excellent. We were also offered a hit drink which was a nice touch

Andy was extremely helpful and friendly during our visit. He made sure we took our time choosing the perfect mattress for our needs. We didn’t feel rushed at any time and he was really patient with our toddler. It was super easy to order in the shop and the delivery time was quick.

I was highly satisfied as I had no plans to buy on my visit however the excellent service made us want to buy. It was refreshing to see a sales advisor direct us to a sale mattress which was an absolutely fantastic deal. She was friendly and the service overall by sales advisor and store manager was exemplary. Thank you so much.

Glenn was very professional but also friendly and did his absolute best to support me in choosing a mattress. Upon entering the store we were thanked for observing covid measures (wearing masks and using the hand sanitiser), and Glenn and Laura (I think?) both made me and my dad feel very welcome. Glenn's knowledge of the products on offer was impressive and helped a lot.
